Antonio is wanted on the following charges: Sexual Battery, Robbery, and Felony Battery; Violation of Probation; and Failure to Appear. He also carries an extensive prior criminal history that includes previous convictions for Possession of Paraphernalia, Domestic Battery by Strangulation, False Imprisonment, Tampering with a Witness or Victim, and Improper Exhibition of a Dangerous Weapon.

The most recent investigation involves incidents that began on January 6, 2026, and continued over the course of several days. According to investigators, Antonio targeted a victim he had recently met and transported them to a residence in Palm Bay. While at the location, Antonio allegedly physically battered the victim multiple times over several days. Investigators determined the victim was intimidated and effectively confined to the residence despite expressing a desire to leave. Antonio is also accused of sexually battering the victim and later taking property from them.
