Man Arrested for Alleged Indecent Exposure at Viera Target Parking Lot
MELBOURNE, Fla. — A 20-year-old Melbourne man was arrested after a woman reported observing him exposing himself inside a parked vehicle at the Target store on North Wickham Road in Viera. The incident occurred on January 30, 2026, according to a Brevard County Sheriff’s Office probable cause affidavit.
What Was Reported
According to the affidavit, an adult female called 911 to report a male she observed sitting in the driver’s seat of a silver Ford Fiesta with his pants pulled down below his knees and his genitals exposed. The caller reported the vehicle’s two front windows were rolled down, making the conduct clearly visible to passersby in the public parking lot at 8455 North Wickham Road.
Suspect Identified and Arrested
Investigators identified the suspect as Tyler Bowden Stellmon, 20, of Melbourne. After investigating the complaint and reviewing available evidence, deputies took Stellmon into custody on charges related to the reported conduct. He was booked into the Brevard County Jail.
Charges
Stellmon faces a charge related to lewd or indecent exposure in a public place. The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office conducted the investigation.
